Sunday, August 25th, will be Frances Campbell's last day working the nursery for Lavon Drive Baptist Church. This saint has been faithfully serving in this ministry for over 56 years!! I know many of you have children that she has cared for or you yourself were cared for as a child. We are asking that everyone look through their photos and collect any photos of her holding your children or yourselves. Also, if you don't have a picture with her, please consider sending a photo of your child or yourself around nursery age so that we can compile a memory book for her. Email the photos along with the names of the children and birthdates to: [email protected] We would appreciate getting as many photographs as possible for this special woman!

Join us this Thursday, July 25th, as we welcome the Groza family. Petry & Kyle Groza will be hosting a meet and greet in our Keyes Fellowship Hall at 6pm where they will be updating everyone on their ministry in Romania. Thank you to those that joined us at the An American Salute concert last night! It was an exciting night filled with great music and followed by a fun Summer Bash cookout! Thank you to all the outstanding musicians and volunteer workers that made this event possible. A special thanks to our guest vocalist, Keron Jackson! God is Great!! We had a wonderful week of Vacation Bible School this last week. Thursday night's finale and Carnival night resulted in almost 1600 individuals on campus to celebrate how we have been "Built on Purpose!" Thank you to the over 300 volunteers that help to make these events possible, we literally couldn't do this without you. Your hardwork and dedication to bringing His Word to our Jerusalem resulted in 87 children making a profession of faith and having their eternal salvation secured! Praise the Lord!! Here are some highlights of this very exciting week! Please continue to pray for us as we now jump into Junior Camp preparation finalization. We had a great service yesterday that was led by our Lavon Drive Baptist Church Praise Kids Team and a great message on "Amazing Grace" by Music Pastor Ryan Johnston. Thank you to all of the kids and their leaders that made this special event possible. We pray that everyone was able to take this Mother's Day to celebrate these special women in our lives.
